What we collect
Only what you type into a quote request: your name, business name, city, a phone number or email address, and any notes you add. The site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How your quote list works
The equipment you add to a quote list is stored in your own browser, on your device. It is not sent anywhere until you choose to send it. It clears itself after 30 days, you can empty it at any time with the Clear list button, and clearing your browser data removes it.
What we do with it
We use your details to prepare and send your quote and to answer your questions about it. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Who else sees it
Your message reaches us through your email app or WhatsApp, so it passes through those services under their own terms. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to serve pages and block abuse.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as long as needed for the enquiry and our business records, then deleted.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address above and we will respond.

If this page changes, the date below changes with it.
